Originally published in 1844 the editor was O.L. Holley. This appeared to be an revised and expanded editon, (with 15 plates rather than 10). The preface is signed by J.D. and does not mention Holley. Sabin 62693 (under title). Not in T.P.L. or Waterston; cf. T.P.L. 7745 for 1844 edition and cf.
