With several lists of engravers:one with surnames first, the other with Christian names first. "It is the first useful book in the English language for the collector of prints. It contains a history of engraving. it also contains a chapter showing how a fine collection of prints should be arranged, a reprint of the repertorium with a number of additional monograms and marks, and a chapter of the art of engraving, copied from Faithorne's treatise, with the plates.
