T.P.L. 2642. cites two copies; both smaller (18.2 & 18.8cm). Not in Lande. Part I includes letters by J.A. Roebuck (Agent in London for the Assembly of Lower Canada), Bancroft and Jared Sparks, the historians; the letters and Falconer's comment thereon, deal with the practice of appointing colonial agents in London, as followed about 1844 by Canada, and previous to 1775 by the other English colonies in America. Part II is written by Falconer, an English county court judge and a strong liberal, who travelled in America, 1840-42, and was later (1850) member of the Canadian boundary commission.
