Somewhat of a classic of an area that was pretty much unknown at the time. Some very good observations on the northern Indians. A.B. 19410. Includes descriptions of the author's hunting around Great Slave Lake, in 1895; with chapters on Barren Ground caribou and musk ox; with comments throughout on the Indians and their customs.
