A commentary of laws relative to the payment of judges followed by the laws enacted in 1673 regulating trade and commerce. Barbier identifies the compiler and commentator as Daniel Jousse [1704-1781], who wrote numerous treaties on criminal jstice and commentaries on various laws, enacted during his time.
